Can I take it to a morning

Where the fields are painted gold

And the trees are filled with memories

Of the feelings never told?

Spirit Quartz (also known as the Cactus Quartz) envelopes one in love. It immediately activates and opens the crown chakra. It opens one to self-forgiveness, self-love, and a feeling that “everything’s alright!” in the sense that the universal truth is Love itself, and brings awareness that we are destined for that Love, and do indeed exist in that Love right now. It gives one a feeling of “bubbling over” with abundance. Spirit Quartz is also known for: cleansing and activating other crystals, use in dreaming, astral projection, and visioning. [x]

Ancient healers believed Earth’s energy could be easily absorbed through our skin and through the soles of our feet.
Studies proves earthing (also called grounding) can improve your blood pressure, reduce cortisol, and even help problems sleeping. It’s done by reconnecting your body with the free electrons that flow through the Earth’s surface and it’s as easy as walking barefoot outdoors.

if you ever feel anxious or stressed, walk barefeet on grass or sit your back against a tree. i guarantee you’ll feel better.

….you could step in broken glass or get hookworms from doing that though

I saw your tags and shoes are actually quite bad for you in other ways. Wearing shoes all the time can have really bad effects on your ankles, knees, legs, and/or back—that’s not a natural way for humans to walk. Of course there are some situations in which it’s not sanitary to go barefoot, but you can easily avoid broken glass by just watching where you’re going.

i definitely agree that there are a lot of real medical benefits to not wearing shoes and it’s always nice to feel grass, dirt, pavement, etc. under your feet. i just wish OP would have said that up front instead of making up some vaguely scientific sounding bs about “earthing” haha.
